About The Event
Step back in time and experience our western heritage in person. Tour the Charles Goodnight Barn built in 1870, stroll amongst the 10 restored antique chuck wagons and watch their cooks prepare a hearty authentic chuck wagon dinner. Enjoy the western music, talk history with Zebulon & Clarissa Pike, Calvary soldiers and other period people, you might even get to meet Charles Goodnight himself! Shop the wester vendors, bid on some amazing silent auction items and enjoy the slower pace of years gone by. Weather permitting a longhorn and draft horses will be showing off too. Admission to the event is free, limited number of dinner tickets are available with a $40 donation per plate. Get your dinner tickets early, we did sell out last year! Dinner will be served promptly at 2pm.
